It works for me to redirect people to their correct regional sites. I had some technical issues setting up (my error) and customer support fixed it.

doesn't work. Installed code above in liquid code theme section - still doesn't work. I tried to reconfigure redirect twice, no luck. Please allow us the opportunity to check and give you support to make sure it is working fine on your store. We have many users and it works fine on all stores. Sometimes it is just a matter of checking that your browser is not caching old information from the web when testing. Whatever it is we will fix the issue for you. We have sent a collaboration invite and emailed you.

The app stopped working few days ago and I have been unable to get help from the app developers. I am unable to open the app on Shopify to change redirection settings. The current redirects are still live. We responded within 24hrs to your enquiry and resolved the issue. Shopify changed embed functionality on all apps and but is all resolved now.

The app appears to be working effectively to redirect traffic to our Canada (diyanu.ca) and US (diyanu.com) stores based on the shopper's location. Had an issue with the initial setup and the team jumped in right away to troubleshoot and get things set up properly. I would recommend this app!

I have been using the Geolocation app for some time now and find it to be perfect for our business. The support is fantastic and Shen is always available to assist with configurations if need be, not to mention the incredible support he has been with other matters relating to my Shopify stores and Google optimizations, verification and more. Got an error displayed after uninstalling the app, then got to fix it. I am updating my review because I am ready to give it a second chance.

This app is fantastic. I used it while we had a US & Australia shopify website operating and it was the only app I could get to work seamlessly between the two after trying a few. The support has been great and very proactive, even calling us after hours when we had issues. Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service (big shout out to Shen!). He helped me with the set up and was so friendly, attentive and efficient. The Auto-redirect works perfectly on our store. And I know If I need any extra assistance he'd be happy to help :)

This app was the first one we found that could create a redirection based on a specific URL (opposite to the whole site redirection). Also, our theme was quite specific and when we added a redirection bar the support create a specific code to make it work for us.

After Uninstalling, there is still code left in my theme files and everywhere on my shop at the top appears the message "Liquid error: Could not find asset snippets/geolocationredirect_snippet.liquid". How I can fix it?

I was having an issue with my store creating a redirect loop to my old site and back to the new one. I was fairly certain this was due to some old code left behind behind either a previous app ( we tried more than one) or myself trying to hand code it. The customer service team was quick to respond top my email and once they confirmed the issue was not their code still offered to help me locate the errant code and fix my issue. Their app is easy to use, but this 5 star review is for great customer service.

We struggled to setup the geolocation app because of other apps that we have on our account. The team was very supportive and help us setting up everything!

I uninstalled because we are planning a transition but now on every page it shows - Liquid error: Could not find asset snippets/geolocationredirect_snippet.liquid - Can't find a way to get rid of it.

This is an all-around great app, can do absolutely everything you need! Shen provided amazing support multiple times for our four sites. He was even willing to hop on a call (10 hours time difference) to help with a question we had. He and his team made changes to help solve our question and implemented this change across all of the apps' program, just based on our request. Amazing customer service and app performance!

APRIL 15 2019: Noticed my website loading extremely slowly suddenly. Not just a bit slow, but 70 seconds to load type of slow. I looked into the waterfall for what was causing it to load so slowly. Geolocation Redirect app was taking 60 seconds to load, slowing the whole site down. We have used it for a few months without issue, but this is a huge impact that is going to cost us a lot. Going to delete it now. EDIT: May 13 2019: I figured if the team at modapps said they identified and fixed the issue and that it would not happen again, it was worth me keeping the app. I have just noticed it again, this time 89 seconds to load my website. I have deleted the app for good now. I also had to delete the geolocation snippet from theme.liquid to fully remove it as the site was loading slow even after deleting the app due to remaining code on the site. Back to loading at normal speed now. Given this has slowed our website to a crawl 2 times in about a month (these are just the times I've noticed... may have occurred more times when I'm not working on the site and ready to notice), it's too risky to have installed. It's cost us sales no doubt. EDIT: May 15 2019: It is clear that their support team really cares about the app and making sure that it is running smoothly, without issues. They have been good at replying to my support emails and so I am confident they treat these incidents seriously. I would be inclined to remove my review entirely but I don't think that would be fair to people who are considering this for the first time. So I will keep it here. I have only seen the issue occur 2x, and both times the support team replied, acknowledged and fixed.

Love it! We use it for our international stores, we had a site update and had to adjust the code and as soon as I reached out to the team they sorted my issue right away! Recommend this app

Simply put, this app does a great job redirecting traffic where we need. We are a small business and not very tech savvy, so it was great to work with an app that is easy to set up, easy to use and does a great job. Worth getting!

App does exactly what we need! (Simply redirects all our international traffic to their relevant country Shopify stores). Plus when I needed support, the guys were super quick and helpful. Would absolutely recommend.
