Horrible App and customer service is no help at all... Customer service doesn't help. they ignore your messages. Also... this app doesn't work at all. I had blocked a certain country, and yet I still got multiple fraud orders from that country that I blocked. DO NOT RECOMMEND...

This app is pretty useless.. It says there is a way to "Block checkouts before they become orders", but I can't find this feature anywhere.... No way to contact customer service.
Fantastic customer service as always. Very patient, answers all my questions, never rushes me to get off chat. Thanks Princess!! Will be a customer just for the great customer service!
