I truly love using Shogun. Been using their page builder app since 2016. Combine it with an OS 2.0 theme, the possibilities are endless! I haven't reached out to their support all those years until recently and I'm amazed! I thought it would take them days to respond via email but it took them just 10 minutes to resolve my problem. This app has been a gamechanger for our customer service practices and increasing revenue. It makes reshipping items much more economically viable since we now get extra revenue from the shipping insurance. This has made customers more happy. Additionally, we've seen an uptick in the amount of checkouts, possibly because customers feel more secure with a guarantee. This works great!
Love the level of support that the team provides. Very quick and accurate! The app is also very good at displaying reviews in an appealing way
