Great option for managing returns, simple to use for both admin and customer. Communicates RMA info to the admin, after approval the consumer receives instructions. Simple and time saving.

Early, but great so far. Easy install and customization. Having messenger, pop ups, email, and push notifications combined with abandoned cart (persistent cart) functionality in one marketing system is awesome!
