After using Share-a-Sale for way too long, we switched to Refersion a year ago for affiliate tracking/marketing. While there's no one-size-fits-all solution to affiliate marketing, Refersion is an excellent option for Shopify store owners. We recently switched from one-time to recurring subscriptions and Refersion made the transition seamless. Special shoutouts to Emma and Erik from Refersion--extraordinary dedication to customer service. They really care about making your implementation work! One area for improvement: please make it easier to handle automated payments to affiliates. Currently we do payments manually for each affiliate because PayPal (Refersion's payout option) makes this complicated/cumbersome. It would be great to have an alternative to PayPal.

This was a terrible experience. The customer service team was responsive but the app is poorly designed. The situation turned into a nightmare when the ReCharge team edited our live site instead of test theme (despite our explicit instructions not to do this). I would skip this app and go with a service that understands the need for a strict separation between a sandbox and live site.
