So far there has been a lot of communication with set up emails and it is doing everything I need it to do. I had some questions about where the stars could be set up in my template and the customer service chat responded very quickly and hopped onto my theme and set it up. Very helpful, and loving it so far!

This app has become an invaluable tool for our business. It works beautifully, and is easy to setup. We have been using this for awhile and appreciate that the app is always getting new features and improving!

Update! We needed some help with adding new order topics, as well as help with mail forwarding and rules, and Amir spent quite a long time with me going through it all. He never hesitated when I started asking more questions, and he never made me feel silly for not knowing what I was doing. We have had a lot of problems with another sync app, which caused nightmares for us.
