Appify Custom Product Options is by far the most powerful quoting and product customization app we have tried on Shopify. It is easy to use, extremely flexible, feature-rich, and loads much faster than many other apps we have tested. For complex custom products, especially products with advanced pricing logic, conditional options, quantity breaks, custom rules, and online design/proofing needs, Appify is truly impressive. The pricing engine is incredibly powerful and can handle almost any type of product configuration we need. The support team is also outstanding. They are very responsive, professional, and genuinely care about customer feedback. Every time we shared feedback or questions, they responded quickly and took our suggestions seriously. It is rare to find an app team that listens this closely and continues improving the product so quickly. Overall, Appify is an excellent app with huge potential. If you need a powerful and flexible custom product options and pricing solution, I highly recommend it.

This is the most powerful quoting system app I’ve ever used. It can handle almost every type of customization and pricing logic for custom products. If you have even a little bit of coding knowledge, you can customize it into anything you want — it’s truly amazing. There is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, as you’ll need some time to understand how the settings work. But once you figure it out, you’ll be impressed by how powerful this app really is. I genuinely admire the technical capability of this team for creating such an outstanding tool. I noticed other reviews mentioning poor customer support, but my experience has been very different. The support representative who helped me — Matthew — was incredibly nice, patient, and professional. I highly recommend asking for Matthew if you need assistance. This app is really powerful, which can help us track FB advertising data more accurately. And it is very easy to use. We can customize events and clearly see which order comes from which ad group. Most importantly, the customer support is great, especially Tracy, she is really professional, patient and helped us a lot.

The worst customer support we have ever experienced. Last Friday we sent two technical support requests, one is to apply for the installation code from the APP, and the other is to leave a message in the help center to ask for help to set the "add to price" function. On Monday, we received your email, one email replying to the code installation request, let us accept the request of collaborator account, we accepted it immediately. The second is to reply the email about the "add to price" request, and let us check your youtube channel and find solution in help center. I have read all of these. If it can be resolved by ourselves, why should we ask for your help? So, when I replied to your email, I asked again to help us set up the "add to price" function, but so far there is no reply! On Wednesday, I received your email saying that the code was installed, but never mentioned the "add to price" setting request , why??? On Thursday, we tested the installed code and found that there was a problem, so we recorded a video to inform you that there was a problem with the code, and then there is no reply until now. Why is your online chat function never online? If you can't provide online support, why put it on the website??? Our website was ready to go live one week ago, just wait for you to help us set it up, it has been a week. Now it's Tuesday again, no response from Bold customer support team, it has been 10 days (7 business days). We really don't have time to wait any longer.
