Don't know exactly all about this app as I'm on a free plan. But the support with a real person Tina, was great anyway.
La mise en place a été très facile. J'étais en train de la faire quand j'ai reçu l'aide spontanée de Gena du bureau de Lima., en Tchat. Elle a procédé à distance à des modifications qui m'auraient occasionné des heures de travail. Je n'ai jamais eu un service aussi proactif. Je teste Judge.me pour le moment et si cela fonctionne bien pour moi, je prends le forfait Awesome ! Un grand MERCI à Gena. Et Bravo à Judge.me The installation was very easy. I was in the process of doing it when I received spontaneous help from Gena from the Lima office, in Chat. She made changes remotely that would have cost me hours of work. I used this app for the 1st time today. Easy, smooth and efficient so far. A little addictive because so easy...my customers are going to receive a lot of Newsletters Lol...
I just try the app today and must say it's an easy, simple et nice one. I own a small business and don't need a lot of info, so a one template plan would be all right. I also find the online help so nice and available, proposing to create my first template for me. Never seen a customer service like that one
