So far the app is working for me....I had a little problem and customer support fixed my problem in a timely manner. I appreciate the help and am looking forward to all the app has to offer my small business.

I was able to import my reviews from my ETSY shops with ease using FERA. I really enjoyed having the step by step assistance the app provided since my tech skills are minimal!
