The customer service for this app is incredible. I feel like it is above and beyond what is expected. I have been using Blend for almost a year, and I am happy with the results. I am the type of user that sets it and forgets it. The app consistently brings positive ROAS on my basic ads and delivers a consistent stream of new customers, and supports all of my campaigns.
Incredible customer service. The app is straightforward and easy to use. We're now taking pre-orders and haven't had any issues. I would definitely recommend as a solution to taking deposits on pre-orders.
The switchover to returngo has been really easy. Customer support is excellent, the flexibility is unreal. Definitely recommend this app for small business.
I searched through every single bundle app on Shopify and this was the only one who responded to my query, made coding adjustments, and helped me to add bundles in a way that works for our store (it looks and feels like an extension of our store!). I paid a lot of money to try and code my theme to do exactly what this app does. The set-up was quick, the instructions super clear and it provides exactly what I wanted. If anything, I would love it to be less expensive. For a small shop, the cost is on the high side.
The customer service on this app is incredible. Any question I had was handled so quickly (even on the weekend) and every time they went above and beyond, even fixing an issue that was not related to the app. The app makes getting reviews so much more streamlined and easy.
