And once things are started, any question you ask, there's a person who answers. There's so many amazing features and analytics and AI recommendations using the actual data. Disappointing Experience as a Returning Customer I previously used Blend AI and, to be fair, the results I achieved with the platform were better than those I experienced with several other agencies. That's exactly why I decided to come back. Unfortunately, my experience trying to rejoin has been disappointing. When I contacted the team about reactivating my account, I was quoted US$5,000 per month in management fees. This figure appeared to be significantly different from the pricing publicly advertised on their website. I reached out via both email and live chat asking for a simple explanation of why my quoted price differed so substantially from the advertised pricing. I wasn't looking for a discount. I simply wanted transparency and a written explanation. Despite multiple attempts to communicate professionally, I have not received a response addressing my questions. Being ignored after asking for clarification has been the most frustrating part of this experience. It's disappointing because my intention was genuinely to return as a customer. I believed in the product based on previous results, but transparency and communication are just as important as performance when choosing a long term partner. I hope Blend AI improves its communication with prospective and returning customers, especially when pricing differs from what is publicly advertised. A straightforward explanation would have gone a long way. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the sales process due to the lack of transparency and follow up, despite previously having positive results with the platform itself. UPDATED SINCE BLENDAI REPLIED: Thank you for your response. I appreciate the clarification that the US$5,000 quote relates to your fully managed service rather than your standard plans. However, my concern still hasn't been addressed. My combined Meta and Google ad spend is approximately US$10,000 per month. Based on the pricing published on your website, that level of spend appears to fall within your advertised pricing of around US$1,150 per month, not US$5,000. What I'm trying to understand is why my business was quoted more than four times the publicly advertised price. Simply stating that it's a "fully managed service" doesn't explain the difference. What additional services or requirements justify an increase from approximately US$1,150 to US$5,000 per month? This has never been about trying to negotiate a lower price. It's about transparency. If there are objective reasons why my business falls outside your advertised pricing, I'd genuinely like to understand them. I think any business owner would ask the same question when presented with a quote that is several times higher than the publicly advertised pricing. Based on the requirements that were described, you would require a fully managed service tier, which includes a level of hands-on support that sits outside our standard plans. We explained this and shared an indicative figure for that on our call so that there would not be any surprises later. We're sorry that wasn't good enough for you.

We have been working with BlendAi for 5 months after leaving a very expensive Performance Marketing Company. I love the platform, which is very easy to navigate and gives you instant data at your fingertips. The Blend team feel like an extension of your own internal team, and I love that they are open to listening and working with you. I've used Blend for a couple of years now, but it's only in the last month or so that I have fully committed to it and not run any campaigns directly myself in other platforms. The team at Blend were always telling me that we won't be able to get proper optimisation of campaigns with this split model, but I was just too scared to let go of what I had previously been doing. Well, I'm really glad that I finally listened to them and gave it a go, because as soon as I did, ROAS was tremendous! Obviously there are so many factors aside from ads in a sales funnel including website optimisation and the product and offer) but I do believe that this system is very very powerful for getting the ads in front of the right right eyeballs. I've also had truly great support from the team at Blend (shoutout to Gal, Darya, and Bailey). The customer service is really exceptional and personal. I guess my final takeaway is that the system works and the learning compounds in quite an impressive way. Big fan. We love hearing this! Stepping away from a model you'd run for years takes real courage, and seeing your ROAS take off the moment you committed is exactly the kind of result we work for. Getting the right ads in front of the right eyeballs and letting the learning compound is precisely where Blend is built to deliver. Thank you for being such a champion of what we're building!

We let it run for 6 weeks on our Google ads account. After $2k in costs we got ZERO sales from the Blend generated and managed ads on Google. It may work for someone else, but for us, we couldn't see any of the claims coming true so uninstalled it. We do get sales from our Meta ads, so "it's not us". Ad performance on any channel depends on a number of factors beyond campaign management, including website conversion rate, landing page experience, product pricing and audience fit - and time to build and nurture an audience. The team is always here if you want to revisit.

There are a few “similar” tools out there, but Blend, one of the first is still the best. The others are just cosmetic where Blend has proper tech under the hood. Blend is literally the only marketing and campaign tool that reports accurate data - then the fact it uses it for your business to slay is awesome. Do not hesitate to invest in your ecom future with Blend Managing the results. Their only KpI is making you money. Love reading this! Transparency is core for us - pulling results straight from ad channels is messy and often wrong. So glad you’re getting value out of it… and yep we agree, the tech’s pretty neat too ;)

I've changed it to one star due to the reply below. I wouldn't worry about quick wins and just focus on any win at this stage. I split tested ads on blend and in ads manager. Blend doesn't come close, same ads, same time frames. No results. Meetings were constantly cancelled and they will track your store even after you remove the app as I just recently found out Results are not there Excuses are though Blend is easy to use but the return is just not there. I am getting a 1.7 x ROI with Blend where I am getting 5x that with my own ads. I am using the same creatives and split testing between campaigns but blend just can't get there. If you don't know much about advertising online, this might help set things up for you. But if you do have an understanding of digital marketing, this will not improve things for you. There is a lot of support but it is quite generic, I also had issues with late cancellations of meetings to go over the campaign. It just has not been a great experience on my end and the results just are not there. When you take into consideration the monthly fee and % of ad spend, I will be under a 1x ROAS using Blend. I have to follow the data and continue to work on my own campaigns instead of Blend.

Switching to Blend has completely transformed our business. Before, agencies recycled the same ads, targeted the same audiences, and pushed us into endless price-off promotions to get sales. Now, we have full visibility and control. We’re selling more full-price products with better margins, and their AI targeting has noticeably lifted our conversion rates. The dashboard is intuitive and easy to navigate - we upload our own creatives, track sales in real time, and adjust campaigns instantly without battling Google or Meta’s clunky interfaces. Blend’s team was incredibly hands-on during onboarding, but now we confidently manage everything ourselves knowing they’re there when we need them and support is only a message or call away. This is hands down the best marketing investment we’ve made in years, we can't recommend the team enough.

We used Blend AI for around 18 months, overall the experience was good and their customer service is great. The app is certainly an approach to setting up you campaigns when you have no experience with google ads, facebook, instagram. Only problem we experienced is a rather low ROAS of 1.8 over the 18 months. They did try and work with us to improve it but didn't work. As we only had a smaller ad budget of $2000/mo with their fees our costs were around 20% of that budget, so it was just no viable for the business.

Blend is a great solution for anyone who values peace of mind when running paid ads. The platform makes it incredibly easy to set up and automate campaigns, and it's especially useful if you want to “set it and forget it” without needing to micro-manage every detail. The system delivers reliable results with a decent ROI, and the dashboard is intuitive and beginner-friendly. I also found the team behind Blend to be very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions — they genuinely care about your success. Overall, it's great value for the price, particularly if you're looking for a hands-off approach to ad management.

Blend I was sceptical about in the beginning, but it takes the stress away from not knowing hoe to do ads. It means that this can run in the background on its own and gather information that keeps your business running. Blend has been extremely worthwhile for me , sales have more then doubled each day since joining. This was easy to install and I always have updates and someone to answer questions when I need help. I would 100% recommend blend for those in a transition faze as you learn to do ads yourself.

I'm still only a month and half in with Blend, and so far it's been amazing. I was always so frustrated with ad agencies, I paid an extortionate amount of money for the agencies to run the ads for me, they basically pestered me constantly for new content and blamed my content on not performing, they barely covered their own costs in the months I was with them. I won't lie I was pretty wary at the beginning with Blend and changing yet again, but I'm so glad I did. The instant Blend took over we started hitting record sales and it's continued on. It has recently levelled out with the input of new campaigns and ads, but I'm still super happy with the sales that are coming through, it's still way more than with the agency I was with. Weirdly enough I'm less stressed managing it myself than I was when I had the agency, I do everything in my own time and it's been fab. Even though it's AI based I still have my own account Manager, and Thiago is awesome, he explains things incredibly well, and for myself who is a novice at the ads, I now feel more empowered in regards to our marketing and advertising. Highly recommend giving it a go. Whether it's right or wrong for your business it's 100% worth giving it a shot, and it's definitely a fraction of the cost than having an agency.

I have been really impressed with what Blend AI has achieved so far and you have created a great service, all credit to the team at Blend AI. The team and specifically Galina have made the experience of setting up and running Blend AI a pleasure, information has always been on point, walking through the process on video calls and knows exactly where to go and what is the next step in the process. The whole experience has been refreshing, I have worked with many different teams and services, and I am not often impressed but Blend AI and the team have achieved this.

After poor experiences with advertising agencies previously, we decided to give Blend a go at managing our PPC. The process and support from start to finish has been excellent. Galina managed our onboarding and held our hands all the way through the process. After a slow start of Google learning we are starting to see some positive results and expect this to continue to build!

We've been running Blend for around a year now and have averaged 11x ROAS on our ad spend. To be totally honest, I was concerned in the early days, but with guidance from the Blend team and doing our own research, I'm happy with how it's progressing. We're preparing to run more ads currently and hope that we will continue to see the ROAS (if not better) that we've been achieving.

Terrible experience. Sales plummeted and our ad spend went very high after we onboarded with Blend. We ended up cancelling due to the poor ROAS. After we cancelled, Blend continued to charge us for their platform and 10% of our adwords spend, even though we weren't using their platform. When we disputed it with Blend, the owner refused to refund us. We had to get our bank to block them from charging. Would not recommend.

Our experience with Blend was incredibly poor. After trialling it across 2 of our businesses, we saw our sales plummet and our ad spend quadruple. Our short trial of blend cost us over $10K in advertising spend and blend fees. When we cancelled the accounts, Blend continued to bill us to the point we had to advise our bank to block their charges. We requested a refund of the platform fees we were charged by Blend, however they refused to even respond to this request.

Excellent, highly recommend Thiago and the Blend AI app. I like being able to upload my own creative and check up on the ROAS in real time rather than having to rely on an external agency. Thiago was a great help running me through how it all worked and was always on hand to answer any questions or help optimise my ads. I started with Meta ads and have just transitioned my Google PPC ads to Blend from a digital agency.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Joined Blend extremely excited with their salesperson describing their platform as an AI tool more powerful than Metas algorithm. I joined, my old adds went off and sales completely stopped. It was a week of no sales for our store losing thousands in revenue. Their uncaring staff finally notified me AFTER 1 WEEK it wasn't set up correctly. You have to connect your Shopify store, google analytics ect, for what reason I'm not sure. They say you need a few months to see positive results. My store already has a lot of data and I assumed Blend would leverage that data. NOT the case, they told me it has to make its own data, so you are almost starting from scratch again when you join blend. After around 10 days of paying for a monthly subscription to blend, I decided enough is enough and told them I want out, they didnt have to refund for the month but I want no more charges. I left them and have been doing great back using Meta and Google again (nothing will beat doing your adds directly on those platforms) (you will also get much better results using an agency if you don't know how to run adds. Today ( 1 month later) I have received a random charge from Blend after they already took my money for the month before. They have cost our store. We deleted the shopify app as soon as we left them. SHOPIFY - PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY RIPPING SHOPIFY STORE OWNERS OFF. Once the app is deleted there should be no more charges, it is ridiculous that Shopify promotes a company like this in their app store. Everyone reading this review and considering this company, this app might seem easy and convenient, but your SALES WILL SUFFER. Look elsewhere guys.

The app says it has a Usage fee + 10% of ad spend, but after making you waste a lot of time connecting the pixels, it forces you to install Pulse. There's a 30-day Pulse trial with a cost of $99 monthly, and another called Blend AI with a cost of $150 + 10% of your Ad Spend monthly. People, don't waste your time, it's misleading advertising on Shopify, I do not recommend it, you cannot trust liars.

Blend has been a game-changer for us, with especially strong and growing roas on ads from our product feeds across Google and Meta in particular. The Team have been hyper-responsive since day one and I am v grateful also for the sophisticated technical inputs and AI-assisted optimisations. Where previously we relied on expensive agencies who made little impact beyond reciting a monthly performance report, we're now able to use that same money towards our advertising, and to spend more again because we're running profitable campaigns.

This app is absolutely insane! I have advertised with Facebook since it started, doing it all myself without even making a sale. Then I was contacted by BlendAI and was immediately interested, but also thought it was too good to be true - How wrong I was! Since using BlendAI (7 Months ago) I am making sales from my ads and my revenue has quadrupled which is unbelievable as I never though ads actually made money until I started using this amazing app. Even if you don't have a budget for advertising you can start with a minimal amount and scale your budget up or down when needed, and you can also expand your reach international and on several different platforms. If you are thinking of getting an agency to manage your ads, I'd suggest trying this app first, as no agency I've had in the past has been able to do what BlendAI has done for my business. I highly recommend this app especially if you have had no luck with expensive agencies, advertising yourself, or are like me and just can't work it out completely. The team a BlendAI are also there to answer all your questions and guide you through the set and process.

What an amazing piece of software. It helped us tremendously in building our online presence for our store. If you lack the know how of advertising on-line and don't quite have the budget for an agency, this is definitely a must. One can start with a small budget and still get good returns. We even had to scale back our budget a bit, as there was so much demand for what we were doing. Galina and her team are great to work with. Very helpful and always willing to make suggestions on suitable content for Ads.

I've been using Blend for over 2 years .. first with my WooCommerce store and now with Shopify after migrating my store. I can't speak highly enough of Blend. It has helped do what so many other people and agencies could not - and the team are always available to help with any questions. For once marketing that works within a cost effective framework. We found Blend to be great team and Galina especially helpful and Michael an obvious smart guy who knows what he doing and happy to take on modest budgets and work up rather than risking big investments from the start..They have managed to return ROARS 10x plus consistently and the marketing seem to be going from strength to strength even in our seasonally quieter periods which up to now has been the period we have used their services so really looking forward to the busier end of year using this platform as an integral part of our online marketing . No tickets required here communication really good either by phone, email or google teams meeting cant recommend higher with our experience so far.

Blend is AMAZING! I have been using Blend since 2021 and I love everything about this platform. The onboarding process and customer service is incredible, Michael the co-founder always ensures my ads are running smoothly and the care factor from Blend is unmatched. Unlike big marketing agencies that don't actually care about small businesses, Blend is great because they actually care and want your business to succeed. You can set your daily budget as low as you like and increase it based on results. I love how I can design my own ads and upload them in a matter of seconds. Highly recommend Blend to anyone who is wanting to grow their online business!

The return on ad spend is way to low to justify the exorbitant monthly commission rate of 10%. The app and its team deliver very little value over a free product feed app . Customer service was good in the beginning but quickly fades into the distance after the first month or so.

We have been using Blend for nearly three months, we were previously using another automated system and getting very poor ROAS with no support. In the last month Blend has really shown great fruition and is generating a lot of traffic and sales at a very reasonable Cost per Acquisition particularly on Facebook, which I thought had died since iOS14 updates. Support has been really good with an amazing initial introduction by Dean and we also receive a video each month summarising what is happening with the campaign and pointers to scale from Fiona, to be honest we have not even actioned these pointers yet as we wanted to give it three months. We're looking forward to new growth this year now with the help of Blend.ai

Michael, one of the co-owners of Blend is very professional, with good knowledge regarding Google and Facebook platforms. We didn't had a good exit with Blend mostly because of the geographic limitation of our business. I recommend testing and using the platform, the cost is very low compared with other alternatives in Shopify, and also, the capabilities of the APP are very high! My rate of 4 out of 5 is just my overall experience.

I switched to this app 6 months ago to give me penetration and better visibility for my spend. So far there is no doubt that we are performing much better than doing this all manually. The metrics are simple to interpret and you're in control of your spend by merely varying the budget with a click. They've recently done a software update that makes campaign builds and adverts very simple with an ability to push to your platforms simultaneously. I think especially as they are still small, assistance is very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend Blend if you care about ROAS.

I have been using blend for almost a year now. They are a very skilled, workable, and friendly team. I can pick up my phone and call my ads manager anytime and he is always there to assist and clarify. They make good suggestions and follow the old school way of your business is my business and your growth is our growth kind of way.

Flakey and won't install - Throws security errors from your Google Adwords account. Contacted the developer a fews days ago - not response. Shopify really should do a better job of vetting these apps. Very suspicious and clearly not ready to launch this app - beware!

We installed this tool and we really wanted to work with them. We had bad experiences with other agencies in the past, so I hoped that Blend would meet our needs. They set up 2 Google Ads campaigns and the problems started ... 1. Google Shopping - almost $ 4 per click. Pretty expensive, isn't it? 2. Product Feed - They could not work with our product feed because they advertised the wrong product price when we launched "SALE". So obviously we couldn't beat up our competitors. The difference was about 30%. 3. Call - I am so busy running 2 companies in 2 countries and studying my master at UNI. I also prefer to be contacted via email rather than 1h call and keep everything in a written form. Then people can't lie, they forgot something or didn't say etc. Because I refused to have a call with them and wasted 1h while all these issues could be sorted out via email, they just cancelled our contract. Because of a call? While we have been running Ads for 2 weeks? That could be managed much sooner. 4. Updates - All of these issues should be resolved before running any campaign. So we burned the money for nothing. Why didn't they come to us earlier, there were problems with our campaigns? Nobody cared. It seems like. 5. Contacts - Everything they asked we did in a minute. They emailed us what should be done from our side and we did it in a minute. Once they cancelled our contract nobody contacted us back.

Using this app has enabled me to considerably grow my online business. I received a lot of support when setting everything up and Angel has been great to deal with. Hands down one of the best business decisions I have made.

This not just an APP you have a TEAM driven to help your business succeed. They did a huge amount of "back end" work in our Google account & within 2 weeks the results started rolling.
