Awesome customer service! Great app and fairly priced too.
This platform seems to be on an very early stage. I Placed an order on September 3rd for a sample product, it's the 8th today and not even a tracking # or an email on response. Any question asked through the chat gets a very delayed response so you most likely are going to miss it. I wanted to use it but my customers are used to faster orders.
We love Collective! The processing of orders flows easily and it allows you to curate the best suppliers.
Very easy to use and the customer service is by far the best I've encountered!
