Love the support! They helped me customize the widget to fit my needs, and having bundles and subscriptions all in one app is a huge bonus. I’ve tried a lot of apps, but none worked as smoothly with Shopify subscriptions as this one. Highly recommend!

Supr has helped us manage and organize our complex annual subscription model, navigating timing, cadence and backend workarounds to help us get our independent magazine off the ground. They are responsive and clear and helpful with any problems that arise. I would recommend this service/app for anyone who is looking to offer a subscription based product on their Shopify store.

I finally found both build a box and subscription feature in a single app - Supr, which was easy to use, fully featured with all sorts of tweaks that you expect from a build a box and subscription app. Support from Stefan and Shekhar was also really quick to respond when there was an issue and when there were feature request.

Excellent customer support! I contacted Supr support with a question about shipping fees for my prepaid subscriptions. Stefan took the time to investigate my setup, clearly explained how prepaid shipping works with Shopify, and helped me configure a separate shipping profile so that shipping is now calculated correctly for each delivery. While checking my account, he also noticed that my prepaid subscriptions weren't configured exactly as I intended and fixed the setting for me. He was friendly, patient, quick to respond, and made everything very easy to understand. As a small business owner setting up subscriptions for the first time, having this level of support makes a huge difference. Thank you, Stefan!

Probably one of the most intuitive bundling and subscription apps. Easy to set up, with a good look and feel. Ultimately, Stefan was a gun, super helpful and so responsive to any of my questions. Easily recommend this store if you're looking for an app that is well thought out, leaving you to focus on your 101 other tasks, knowing Supr has the subscription and bundling side of your business taken care of.

Supr Subscriptions was easy to set up. I had subscription options live on a product page in under an hour, including fiddling with the look and feel. The support is the real standout. I sent a question on a Friday and got a human, useful answer within the hour. Bugs were fixed within the day. Easy recommendation for any store selling products people reorder.

THIS APP IS A HIDDEN GEM! I tried at least 7 other subscription apps before this, and was soooo frustrated until I chanced upon Super. 2-in-1 subscriptions & bundling, and fully customizable widgets. Literally plug & play and it looks beautiful. The BEST PART has got to be the support I got from a REAL HUMAN (thank you Shekhar!) that fixed everything over chat instantly. Seriously, this performs way better than most of the paid apps out there. THANK YOU!

Great app straight out of the box, but easily customizable. Fantastic that it is shopify native which means it works perfectly with my store. Customer service is impeccable, Shekhar and Stefan go above and beyond to ensure every requirement one has is resolved quickly(never seen a rollout coming out so fast after a request for a feature/edit has been made). All in all fantastic app. Would recommend !!

Spent the entire day today looking for the perfect subscription/build-a-box app to support my specific use-case, and Stefan did not disappoint. I am SO elated to have found this app, not only does it look amazing, has great admin UI, great customer service, but it seems to also be free?! I'm sure pricing will come soon but for now I am just in awe of this wonderful product :-)

We’ve had a really good experience with Super Subscriptions! The team is super friendly, reactive, proactive at fixing things and quick to help whenever something comes up - it makes a big difference day to day! There are still a couple of features I’d love to see added, but it’s a great alternative to other apps that can get very expensive very quickly.

This app is great. It is completly free which is big plus but most important is how easy it is to set up and use, but even if you have any issues with it customer supprort is fast, friendly and effective. I highly recommend it.

Honestly 5 Stars here. I had an issue with a default selection on variants and the team came back and resolved the issue in under an hour. I could not ask for better support along the way with advice on store layout. 10 out 10 Team!!!

The widget looks beautiful right out of the box and it is highly customizable. Their team even customized it to match my theme for me, at no cost. Support has been very responsive too. They fixed a display issue quickly and explained exactly what was happening. Solid app!

We've been using Super Subscriptions for over a year and a half. Stefan and the team have been incredible to work with from day one. The few issues we had early on were resolved fast, and we haven't had a single problem in over a year. You'll quickly notice they have a real knack for design too. The app and customer portal look beautiful out of the box. Can't recommend Super Subscriptions enough.

Works great, handles our subscription orders really well. Understanding how it works is sometimes a bit tricky and not always clear, but when you chat with Super Subscriptions personnel, you actually get answers from a real person, the answers are good and fairly quick, so I recommend it!

Have only been using the app for a few days, but has been great so far! It's easy to use and I enjoy the ability to customize the design. Support (specifically Shekhar) is super quick to respond and has been very helpful in getting everything setup!

Super easy setup, great functionality, and great customer service. They alerted me to a few broken elements following a Shopify update and fixed everything for me before I had even noticed it was broken!
