We've had a really positive experience with Shoplift so far. The platform is incredibly quick to get up and running, making it easy to launch tests without requiring extensive development resource. The LiftAssist feature is particularly useful for generating test ideas and helping prioritise opportunities, which has helped accelerate our CRO programme. One of the biggest benefits has been how straightforward it is to set up and manage tests. The interface is intuitive, reporting is clear, and the overall process from idea to launch is fast and efficient. It's been a valuable addition to our optimisation toolkit and has made experimentation much more accessible across the team.
Henry and Rita have been great, and always on hand to help with any queries.

A couple of teething issues with the first discount I launched so went through to their CS team on livechat. Nilou came through to me straight away and spent so much time with me identifying the initial problem, rectifying, then going on to coach me through analytics and further planning with it. Thank you so much Nilou!

If I could give more stars I would. We contacted the app to look into some custom development, as we have too many products to assign manually and other apps couldn't accommodate. Sagar promptly replied understanding exactly what we wanted and his team were able to facilitate the updates across multiple stores. Not only that, but has been quick to reply to any additional work and snags that we have found working on this new functionality. We look forward to working with them in the future!
