We used Qikify Upsell for over two years as a paying subscriber, primarily for promotions involving free gifts. Unfortunately, the app became increasingly unreliable and caused serious problems for our store. The biggest issue was that customers would add qualifying products to their carts, but the promised free gifts would sometimes fail to be added to the cart. Customers would then receive their orders without the promotional items they were expecting. This resulted in frustrated customers, bad reviews, lost repeat business, and significant lost revenue for our store. We repeatedly contacted Qikify support when these issues occurred. Their team would make changes and attempt fixes, but the same types of errors continued to happen. At that point, we could no longer trust the app to correctly execute promotions for our customers. This is especially frustrating because these weren't minor cosmetic glitches. The app was directly affecting our customers' orders and our reputation. We ultimately had no choice but to uninstall it to prevent further damage. After being a paying subscriber for more than two years and experiencing substantial losses as a result of these recurring issues, we were extremely disappointed that Qikify did not offer any meaningful or reasonable compensation for the problems and resulting lost revenue. We understand that software can have bugs, but when an app is responsible for adding promotional products to customer orders, reliability is critical. Repeated failures that directly impact customers and revenue need to be taken much more seriously. Our experience ultimately wasn't worth the cost or the risk to our business. We would strongly recommend thoroughly testing any Qikify promotion before relying on it for an important customer-facing offer. The functionality for a free app is 5 star. 4 star rating because it's missing some functionality and while the support team is excellent they work 9pm-2am EST and not weekends so if you do have a bug or issue turnaround can be slow. if you're operating in those hours, fixes are very fast. Note: the slide cart needs to be customized if you have 3rd party integrations. (Qikify did an excellent job working with those 3rd parties.) And BOGO breaks every time you change the product title so keep that in mind when updating your store. It took a while to figure out why it was breaking - and not something I kept testing after launching.

Its features are really great! but it was quite difficult for me to use at first. but after getting the hang of it, it was great! dont know how much it will help me yet, but am really hoping it can ease the process of customers checking out! So far, so good. The app works quite smoothly and I'm so far very happy to have tried it. (some other apps just don't work as promised and after hours of setup I need to start over. That's frustrating.) Their support was stellar too. Thank you very much.

I've tried many apps for upsell and free gift, but Qikify so far has been a winner. Their service is great, although I always have to wait until the next morning to receive their responses due to the time zone. Other than that, I recommend this for the brands looking for an upsell app.

Doens't work as intended out of nothing (Cart upsell) and support is slow and not available during European business hours.
Easy to install and set up in website. When I did get stuck and could'nt work it out the support service was awesome! Really prompt reply and amazing follow-up to make sure that everything was working.
