Amazing Support from Aurora at DSers! I want to give special thanks to Aurora from DSers support. She guided me through the entire process of connecting DSers to AliExpress and made everything so simple to understand. Aurora showed me step by step how the order process works — from syncing Shopify orders into DSers, placing them on AliExpress, to getting the tracking updated automatically. She was clear, patient, and extremely professional. I came in feeling confused, but Aurora explained everything in a way that gave me full confidence to handle my orders going forward. Aurora is a true asset to DSers, and I’m very grateful for her outstanding support!
