I'm paying $300/month for their service and they don't offer any phone or video call support. Very frustrating especially considering other review platforms I have used in the past have much more comprehensive support than email.

Customer support is 100x better than what you will find elsewhere. Made the switch from Yotpo and one the of the best decisions I made.
Eunice was a legend helping be get sorted with my reviews. Definitely recommend the platform if you are using Shopify.
