Our company used Live Me Up for a live shopping event last week and I can't say enough great things about it! Chan and Bruno from the Live Me Up team met with me virtually before the event to run through everything and ensure that I was comfortable using the platform. They answered all of my questions and even offered to jump on a quick call minutes before the event started to make sure everything was set up correctly. The app is easy to use and set up. We use it to add a gift wrap feature at checkout when other apps didn't work for our store. Great technical support!
