Early September we moved our loyalty program to ethos and the experience has been so wonderful. We were on Yotpo for three years and prior to that Smile and Loyalty Lion. Ethos is community building first and has modernized ways to approach loyalty programs for high end brands. We had concerns about making a move and impacting the customers experience ahead of holiday. Ethos has gone above and beyond to ensure a seamless transition and continuous support.
