Amazing! I had a small concern regarding a legitimate customer being blocked and Louis was super helpful. He showed me what setting I needed to adjust to avoid this problem while still keeping the site secure. The app works perfectly, just needed some direction on how to set it up correctly. Great app that supports product reviews and our rewards program. Rewards could have better insights built in.
Been using this app for about a week now and we're seeing immediate results. Also, their customer service and onboarding experience are very good. I was able to get in touch with a specialist within 2 minutes of making a request which is hard to come by these days. Not to mention they were super helpful.
