Our integration of the Lyris AI Sales Assistant into DieStadtgärtner's Shopify store has been great. The setup process was swift and seamless, ensuring immediate synchronization with our products and content. The most notable result from implementing Lyris was the significant sales uplift. In an A/B test with over 30,000 visits, we observed an increase in revenue per user (RPU) by more than 15%. This demonstrates Lyris's effectiveness in guiding customers to suitable products. What sets Lyris apart, however, is its ability to provide valuable insights through chat analysis. Each customer interaction is an opportunity to learn more about our audience's preferences and needs. Additionally, Lyris's lead collection and notification system is a valuable asset, keeping us informed about customer interactions.
It worked for me out of the box. I was a little excited when it shows the wrong dates at the end of November , but I worked at the first december :) It would be great, when you could you use a demo calender also in the december without deactivating the live version. It would be also nice, if you could embed the calender in a static page without using the layer. Best Felix Edit in Dez - 2023 We have been driving peacefully for the last 2 years and I gave it 5 stars. Unfortunately the app was updated in 2023. We had used the app for the last 2 years. The new version no longer offers a normal xmas calendar (1-24 days) display as shown in the example photos. A complete calendar from January to December is currently being added. Unfortunately this makes it unusable. Unfortunately, support is quite slow with their answers or has not been able to respond. Access to the system was not even used. A real shame

Very good service! Jessica was very quick with her communication, understand my issue and was able to fix with the zipify dev team the issue. She gave me exact feedback for the roadmap for fixing the issue (3-4 days) and embed the fix in our system, also with a documentation, when I would reinstall the app. After a week she reply again and said that the fix is included in the standard app version! Great! In generell the app works very well and boost your sell.
