A great app. We have big plans for it and with such a simple set up and training of the bot, we were live in no time. Customer service has been very responsive and so far it's been a great success for us. Responses and language are typically excellent. For a 'no-coder' team it does need to be more simple to implement deeper customisable elements and more powerful integrations with apps like Klaviyo would really help us. Not being able to directly 'add to cart' within the bot (instead it just links to PDPs) is frustrating, but there are fairly regular updates to the app which have so far been well received.

Very simple to set up and use, useful editing and design features, great customer service that get issues resolved quickly and efficiently
We migrated our entire loyalty, reviews, surveys, and quizzes over to Okendo so everything is now under one roof. Chelsea was a fantastic onboarding manager, she made the process smooth and handled any issues quickly and efficiently. The big loyalty and reviews migrations were completed seamlessly, and the transition has already made managing our customer experience so much easier. It works, but needs many more customisable options such as size, position of button and typography options.
