We waited until we had used TimesAct for a while before leaving a review, and we’re very pleased with both the app and the support behind it. Installation went smoothly. We encountered a couple of minor glitches, but that’s where their customer service really stood out. The first issue involved the app not fitting properly within the cart area. I sent them a message, received a response almost immediately, and the problem was completely fixed within an hour. Later, we experienced an occasional issue where products that were not available for pre-order were appearing as though they were. I opened the chat expecting to deal with an AI bot, but instead I was connected with a real person who patiently said, “Take your time—we’ll get through this.” After receiving standard administrative access to the app, their team investigated and corrected everything without requiring me to do any additional technical work. This is customer service done properly: a real person, responding in real time, with patience and a genuine desire to solve the problem. They didn’t try to rush me through an automated system or make the issue my responsibility. They simply took care of it.
