When I reached out to Smile using their easy, and very easy to find, chat function, Jade was very responsive and helpful. They were able to provide screenshots and very easy to follow directions to help with my needs. I truly appreciate their help and will be using this function in the future due to the expedited response time. I also appreciate their efforts to make me smile and laugh on this Friday morning! Awesome service. Its sunday and I installed the app and I went immediately for the paid service after reading the fab reviews here. Then I needed some help and I emailed. I was super surprised that I got a response. I figured maybe Monday I'll get a response but BAM, there it was. My problem was solved and I'm up and running. Thanks PJ Celis YOU are awesome. UPDATED May 17. Since I installed the app, my reviews are through the roof. And the best part is that they are autoposted. Totally automated. We do respond to each one of them which I thinks makes our store look very responsive to our customers. Which helps makes sales too. Thanks again.
