iPacky is an incredibly powerful tool for picking and packing. It has helped us double our shipping capacity while maintaining an error-free process. Although the numerous options can be overwhelming at first, once you adjust and set your conditions, you'll have a very efficient system. We're utilizing the digital picking and order verification features, along with auto-generated shipping labels. This allows us to fulfill orders faster and more accurately than before. The use of tones and visual aids helps our staff quickly resolve any issues. iPacky's dedicated login system is particularly valuable. It allows our warehouse team to operate independently of our Shopify store, reducing the risk of unwanted changes to orders and tags. This keeps everything organized and helps streamline our process flow. iPacky is a reliable picking and packing solution. It keeps your operations smooth and efficient, whether you're working in-store or from a separate warehouse or both.

This update is a significant improvement for us! We now have the ability to include more detailed information in our invoices and packing lists, thanks to the use of metafields, customer notes, and a wide range of variables and styles. While the new requirement for object names in variable names was unexpected, it ultimately allowed us to enhance our documents exactly how we wanted. It would have been convenient to automatically transfer the old Order Printer Templates, but we understand it’s a complex task. Overall, great job on this much-needed upgrade!

See Updates below: Original Review: The app is great, all the features are very nice but lacks on what it should do best. Found multiple issues during syncs including using their fail safes. Creating an order on one store and deleting an order with the exact same items on another .. Causes inventory issues. Recommend the use of a better algorithm. Recommend providing Master slave store configuration (one way syncing). Love what you did with the prices, but give us more options for us who work the prices from the cost.. Say allow selecting the cost as the basis for the Price (cost-plus) Update 1: Upgraded to 4 star from their great support. Once a solution is found will update Update 2: After giving the team the details and ways to replicate the issue. The team took action and updated their app and fixed the remainder issues. The app is flawless with retaining cart information when there is 1 cart active in 1 device or 2 or more in multiple devices. Would like to customize more the pop up window.
