My store was struggling with compliance, and we finally found a solution that worked with our nuanced architecture when installing Pandectes. Their interface is sleek, and allows you to create a flexible and beautiful cookies banner. They are constantly staying up to date and email you about any new compliance changes and their solutions that address them. Their support is AMAZING, I worked with Ermis who was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful throughout our compliance check. I appreciate their response time, instructions and support in making sure we meet legal standards for tracking.
I've been using the Data-Export app now for over 3 years and it has been a dream to use. Not only does it make it simple and straight-forward to mine Shopify transactional data and create reports, but the support has also been exemplary, which I never take for granted. Data-Export is a must-have tool in my eComm tech stack.
This app is SO MUCH BETTER than the one we had used for years previously. It is intuitive, clean, feature rich, and well-maintained. I could go on and on about how incredible their support staff is. They have answered every question I've had thoroughly and work at the levels of both the average-joe and an experienced programmer. So happy to find this app!

We've been waiting for an app like this to be developed for years! Really excited that it allowed a giftcard integration between our Shopify store and our unique in-store POS system. Their support has been kind, quick and so very helpful. It will be so impactful to our sales to finally be able to offer giftcards online that can be used in-store right before the holidays.

We've used StoreRocket for nearly 3 years and it checks off all of the boxes for a low-lift solution. It looks great, is easy to customize, the user interface is extremely user-friendly, and the detailed exports have helped us to organize in other ways outside of the app. Any time we've encountered issues, the support team is quick to respond and resolve the issue.
