(Updated Review 8/12) Rivo is a great app at an affordable price. We had a hiccup in the past, but they sincerely took ownership of the problem and made it right. Don't pass on Rivo, your customers will thank you.

It's really good, but not as good as some 3rd party apps. I like how I can like products and make recommendations, but I experience lag, transmission errors, and the alerts seem delayed at times.
Great app, simple to set up, great customer service. It looks fantastic on the store, and really adds a ton of value.
