Omnisend is a solid email platform for the price. They're constantly adding new features and the support team is generally really helpful (shout out to Luiz!).

We use Monster Cart on www.primarybeans.com. Love it, - works great and the team have been super responsive to fix the few small bugs we ran into.
Support is some of the best I've ever experienced. The app is great, some quirks for sure but coupled with their top notch support I'm a huge fan.
