Very easy to use app. It syncs well with my store. The fulfillment is speedy and the layout of the dashboard is responsive and navigate.
I was helped by Rohini to help with the issue of a supplier not shipping out a product quickly. Rohini was great with follow up and prompt responses to my questions. I was very please with the chat help which was very speedy as well. I enjoy using spocket and the platform is clean and easy to navigate. Thank you Rohini for doing a great job.

I was helped this morning by Lena and she was wonderful. Super fast service. She included screen shots that showed me exactly what to do to fix my issue. Which was that I could not fulfill my order. She also sent me a clear list of instructions on how to place my future orders from shopify to dsers. The issue was on my end and I had place the order out of sequence. But she cleared it all up in less than 5 minutes and I placed my order, easy breezy. Thank you Lena.

I have used the app for over a year now. It provides great options for POD and suppliers to create your imagination. Fair pricing that is comparable to other POD services. I like the layout of printful and how easy it is to navigate, save and create what I want.
It was easy to navigate and clear to set up. I look forward to using it to increase sales on my shop and rock out in 2021
