Takes a little time setting up to suit your needs but that's only a testament to its power and flexibility. Plus, their CS during this difficult time has been very understanding. Just be aware that you will need to pay extra for ChannelReply if you want to use it for eBay contacts.
This has helped us bring orders through from eBay. Support is good, always ready to sort out any problems
