Overall, Alhena / Gleen is a good chatbot : it provides answers quickly, in a good readable format. It is easy to answer chats, it is easy to train the chatbot. Everything is straight to the point. We had to contact customer support regarding a small issue. Alhena customer support really helped us quickly. Their customer support is very effective!

Awesome app! We use it on a daily basis and it saves us so much time (and many headaches too)! We really appreciate the app itself and the service provided by Sasha - we couldn't be more happy! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Easy to use and to integrate - support is always available and quick to resolve any issues, if and when they arise.
The application is very intuitive to use, compatible with the others applications of the shop and the support is very reactive !
