We built our app to strengthen our connection with the community, not just chase a quick conversion bump. The real test was whether it would continue to deliver value long after the launch excitement faded. We're happy to say the results have shown exactly that! Almost two years in, the app is a steady chunk of our revenue every month, our app shoppers consistently build bigger baskets than on web, and push notifications have become a real way to talk to our people (not just sell to them). Reactiv also made onboarding genuinely easy, no custom build and no dev team to maintain, and it connected to the tools we already run (subscriptions, reviews, Klaviyo).
