We've been using the Robin PRO App for a few years now and it works great for our requirements. After a recent App update, we experienced a minor layout issue and within a few minutes of sending a chat message Jan responded and quickly fixed the issue. Great customer service, thanks Jan!

Searchanise have been excellent in making modifications to their engine to meet our requirements. They have also been very fast to respond for support.
