I've been using this app for quite some time & haven't had any issues until recently. I reached out to support and Jon responded very timely & he was able to tell me where my issue was. I was able to fix it, and get my listing back to active. Thank you, Jon! I would like to see some interface improvements with this app. It's great but it's not very user friendly. The boxes when adding variants is very small & when you have multiple variants, making updates is very time consuming because of the small boxes. I make it work, but some general usability changes would be great, I'll even volunteer to be a tester :) Definitely get this app if you need to expand beyond the variant options Shopify offers, they have it all!

I recently stumbled upon this app & I was skeptical at first, I find that apps that are free lack robust features, but so far, I've been impressed with this app. I reached out to support and spoke with Christian regarding a promotion regarding an upgrade to automated automation. Christian got my shop all set up & it's running as it should & I'm already seeing the benefits of their optimization. If you are struggling with SEO, I highly recommend that you try out this app & don't hesitate to contact support, they answer quickly & they are very knowledgeable & friendly.

I've been using the TnC App for quite some time. It was easy to set it and forget it. I discovered today that it was allowing customers to bypass the checkbox and proceed to checkout. After validating my settings were accurate, I reached out to Chat and Zain was extremely helpful, turns out it was a cache issue, easy solution. Thank you Zain for your assistance & making sure my T&Cs checkbox was functioning appropriately. Highly recommend this app if you need T&Cs and want to set it and forget it!

I've been using this app for a bit now and I have to say it's worked out perfectly! I am able to showcase images of products we've made, not necessarily available for purchase, so it's helped keep that separate from our available products. This app is literally self explanatory, the user interface is clean and SIMPLE! No hitting your head against the wall trying to figure out a developers app! I use the paid plan and they were offering 2 free months if you switch to yearly billing vs monthly; definitely worth the savings so I took advantage of that limited time offer. Thank you Robin PRO for an awesome, easy to use, and reasonably priced app!

I just downloaded this app, as the one I've been using, isn't as flexible as I need it to be. I created my first bundle and I'm awaiting review for the loyalty program. I haven't looked at the unlocked features, so I'll do that, but so far it seems to be what I was looking for. I will review again when I've done a thorough evaluation for my store. Thank You!

I keep running into a syntak error when I make changes in the Avada app, I'm worried about this issue and may end up being a deal breaker for me at the end of my free trial, I'm still undecided. But tonight I made some improvements, and I ran into the same error. I hopped on chat and Esther answered right away. I explained my issue and provided her the error I got. She contacted Technical Support and Toby assisted and he was able to quickly fix the issue. I have to say that the Customer Service is top notch with Avada, which is why I'm on the fence with staying or leaving, having the support they have, I quite impressive. Thank You Esther and Toby for your assistance this evening!

I worked with Remy later in the evening on 2.12.24 and I had just updated my Shopify theme & needed assistance with fixing a lot of errors that would have taken me about a month to do on my own. Remy was very pleasant, knowledgeable, quick, and always asked permission & kept me updated on what's going on and the status. Remy was also very patient with me as of course I was multi-tasking and didn't have my computer volume on and didn't hear the "ding". I'm on the Advanced Plan & it's well worth the when you get someone of Remy's caliber in chat. I'm always hesitant to add yet another app to my Shopify store but I can tell you, hands down 100% the honest truth that this App is WELL WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY! Very easy to use once you walk through all the menu options and explore the features. This appears to be a very powerful tool and I've just touched on enabling what I need. I've already been able to increase my website speed by almost 10 points!
