Great support for any questions I had- bot seems to be performing well based on information available to it. I have been monitoring the chats and seeing what information is missing in the product descriptions etc and once changed the responses are changed which is really great!
Amit was super responsive when I ran into issues at installation and resolved all my issues very fast.
Had really great support in the set up phase which was extremely helpful! Looking forward to testing the service with our first order being fulfilled by Amazon.
