Amazon Connectr & FBA Sync

Excellent support and a very useful app! We had an issue with one of our Amazon FBA SKUs not syncing correctly with Shopify. The support team responded quickly, accessed our store through the proper Shopify collaborator process, and immediately identified the problem — even spotting a tiny typo in the SKU that we had overlooked. After correcting it, everything synced perfectly. Fast, friendly and competent support. Highly recommended for anyone looking to connect Amazon FBA with Shopify!

I'm using an app to import products from Amazon to Shopify: overall, it works very well. Occasionally, I encounter a few minor issues, but the chat support is always available and quick to respond. For this reason, it fully deserves 5 stars.

The documentation for advanced features is outdated and hard to follow, but the support team is great and very responsive. Overall it does what I want it to and it's pretty straightforward.

At first, it seemed a bit unclear to me, but I suppose that's just the general learning curve of these sorts of things. The team really went out of their way to help me with some issues I was having. I'm happy to write a nice review, and look forward to our continued work together. :)

This app is perfect for the 700,000 plus skus I have in my catalog. The process is a little slow because of the volume of skus the app pulls, but the customer service is amazing. They even created the csv files to make the importing into my Shopify go quicker. Very responsive to my inquiries as well.

It's great. Get the Super Sync version as it updates every 15 minutes. I wish I had found this years ago.

This app mostly do not work - I got lot of time error screens when i want to send an order to FBA - Mostly Error Code 534. I will not recommend!

From all the apps that promise automated fulfillment via MCF, the team of Connectr is the fastest to reply and actually assist in rooting our any errors the app might encounter. So far we are still testing the app, to make sure everything is syncing and working as planned. The app does work flawlessly once orders are correctly imported to the app!

I really like how it downloads the data from Amazon but it has yet to fully push my entire catalog to Shopify and I have been running these jobs for 3 weeks...

Decent app, but it's been super slow/crashing lately. I would also like the ability to select more than 50 products at a time to push up, or even some filters to make it easier to push up brands with over 50 products.

Great App! Affordable and easy to use. Though there are some improvements in the functionality, I believe there is great potential. Also, happy with the customer support. Been using it for morethan 6 months. I think it's better to provide Live Chat support to get instant response from the team.

1. i sent 120 sku to sync only 80 came back rest i have to do manually 2. They have a fake button for sync in 15 min, only sync once in 24 hours partially 3. Support does respond after few hours

An excellent tool if all you're looking to do is pull Amazon listings and push them into Shopify. It's only one I've been able to find that does this, and it is very easy to use. If you require any customer service, they are very responsive. And the price is very reasonable. I'm surprised this company/app has so few ratings.

Excellent product, does exactly what it says. I checked through the help files before installing to confirm it could meet all our requirements. This App offers excellent value for us and creates Amazon MCF requests much quicker than other, more expensive Apps that we tested.

Been using the paid version of the app for a while now. Started having issues last month with Connectr not updating my shopify orders once they were complete. This also coincided with an update of the app. I wrote in on Aug 10 for the first time. It's now 9/9 and I've been back and forth with support on a weekly basis. Always being reassured the problem has been fixed, and always back at them the next week because it has not. I keep being assured the technical team will handle it - but they don't. I've been told they would monitor my account, but they have not. I see issues as I speak, so the monitoring is non-existent. And despite the fact that this has been going on for a month, do you think they have offered to refund my money for that month? Well, they haven't done that either. So, it was good while it worked - but it doesn't work anymore, and if it's not fixed in another week I will be tossing this app and moving on to something from an app developer that knows how to fix their own issues.

IT DOESN'T DO WHAT IT SAYS, FOUND A BETTER APP Started using Connectr app because it advertised that it would sync inventory between Amazon and Shopify. Just be clear, it only syncs changes in inventory that come from orders and changes made in seller central. If you receive inventory and adjust inventory levels in Shopify, they will be overwritten by the inventory in seller central. So the product does not actually sync FBM inventory between AMZ and Shopify. It only syncs some of the inventory. The interface is very confusing and hard to understand and there is a high risk of accidentally overwriting inventory numbers and products. There is just to much to risk when using this app as it will cause you a lot of time fixing what they did. My staff had to spend several hours re-counting inventory because this app completely replaced our shopify inventory counts with our AMZ inventory (which was 0 because we were setting it up). Their customer service was very difficult and instructions were very unclear. You have to email them back and forth which is really inefficient and a waste of time. We asked for a video chat/screenshare several times and they just ignored the request. After realizing the app wouldn't do what it says, we asked for a refund (took several weeks to figure out it doesn't do what it says) and they said they have a 7-day trial and they wouldn't refund. They refused after saying if we send them the invoices for the app, they would refund it. This just shows they have terrible customer service. So because their app was misleading and because their customer service was awful, they get a 1-star review. We ended up using Amazon by CedCommerce and it works great. It does exactly what we need it to and syncs FBM changes back and forth from AMZ and Shopify. It's very affordable and they will video chat and screen share with you on-demand. They have a great chat feature that they respond to immediately and have helped us onboard the app. We highly recommend checking out Cedcommerce over Connectr. Just to be clear, we don't get anything for recommending them, we just had such an awful experience with Connectr that they deserve a public bad review and a recommendation of another product over them. To Connectr: You should have just refunded the money like you said you would, it was less than $25. You'll lose more than that in customers who won't use your app now.

The app is so good, I use it on my store bedwina.com to connect products and reviews, as well as enable a custom button to redirect my clients, the developer is so so helpful, and he never gets tired of my complaining and comments, is always here to help me, and solves any website issue I have, even those not directly related to the app! I am very happy with it, and I am using it in 2 stores, I am happy to support such an amazing developer, THANK YOU

I used this app for all of my Shopify/Amazon FBA needs! it's a great little app with a nice and simple interface! It does an amazing job of importing all of your listings from Amazon with the literal "Click of a button" and has loads of extras that can help you set up your listings in your Shopify store once the listings are imported! i.e. Importing Reviews and Shipping with FBA! :-) It's also super easy to manage if you make updates to your Listing on Amazon, you just click a button and it re-imports and updates as little or as much as you want! Finally, I did have a few issues along the way getting everything set up but the support guys were amazing giving advice, and helping me along the way! If you're looking for a super cost effective way (you only pay for what you want!) to import your listings from amazon and then automatically (or manually) ship using FBA, then your search is over! :-) Highly recommended! Flexible options, with a lot of freedom to make edits on our own w/o having to seek assistance. Way smoother then a previous app we were using. Quick customer support. Very positive experience!

Very satisfied. App does what it promises. Used to work with another app, but there variations were mixed up after every update. With Connectr variations stay where I want them. Can't wait until they expand with new features!

Disappointed as the app doesn't support more than one marketplace at a time. So if you sell in multiple marketplaces such as being on the Pan European FBA program with different prices and listing copy, you can only sync and import from a single marketplace. So the app is only useful if you only sell in one marketplace.

The pull from Amazon works smoothly. However, the sync is one way (only from Amazon to Shopify). The Fast Sync setting was not functioning. They said it was a bug and they fixed it. I didn't test Fast Sync after repair.

I used this help me streamline my processes since we add 300 new skus every quarter. Our listings on our shopify store are more accurate and precise. Great app to make it way to pull listings from Amazon and push them into shopify. I use to have to have our VA create each individual product.

One of the best support teams, I´ve ever had contact with! They are really obliging and helped us a lot by setting up the app and solved a lot of issues like embedding star reviews on our product pages.

The app is really easy to use, and the customer service is stellar. Imports over 200 SKUs in a jiffy, syncs pricing and inventory, and if you have any questions, customer service and Ankit provide great solutions in no time. Very pleased, and will highly recommend. PS: Would love to see a feature to import products by SKU list in the future.

The images uploading with lower quality than on Amazon. Also, there is only 1 image for each child product. I will not recommend this app for anyone.
