Setup was smooth, the process is straightforward, and the team is responsive and helpful. Night and day experience compared to other systems we've used in the past. Edit to add: we recently had a major issue with one of the states, TaxCloud was instrumental in resolving it. Very grateful to them and will continue using TaxCloud.
Great app, works perfectly, no glitches. Support team was very fast and efficient.

Great app, highly customizable and at a reasonable price. Merchandising manually is a headache and gets forgotten, and we've used other apps before that were much higher and didn't work as well. I'm very happy with SearchTap, use it for two stores and would definitely recommend.
Works great, exceptional customer support. Jake is very responsive and took care of all my questions and suggestions. The app does what you need it to do without complicating things. I also like that dashboard looks just like Shopify's, you don't have to leave and go to another page to manage your inventory.
