Una forma fácil de estar a disposición de los clientes, atender sus consultas y resolver pequeños problemas.
La app es sencilla pero no está mal del todo y no tuve ningún problema para configurar el usuario y ponerla a funcionar. Echo en falta que no consigo que los pasos que voy dando queden reflejados en el listado de pedidos de Shopify. Osea, que cuando pido una etiqueta, genero un envío etc. No quedan marcados como completados los pedidos, no se puede ver el seguimiento allí etc. Porque aunque dicen que se puede usar en el panel de control de Shopify se utiliza en paralelo en su propia sección, no está integrada en el listado de pedidos. Si al menos se sincronizaran los datos sería mejor, pero si no, es claramente mejor usar directamente los envíos de Shopify. Espero que haya forma de sincronizar todo eso, he lanzado una consulta para que me resuelvan la duda.
