I was having an issue with the shipping on my Shopify store. Lorena and Ria both assisted me with excellent service and were able to fix the problem while providing me with a clear understanding of why it happened, not just how to fix it. Of course, it turned out to be user error, lol. Thanks so much, Ria and Lorena, for your professional help!

I was having a problem understanding how to process an order, and Bonnie was able to assist me quickly and explained how to process orders in the future. She was very professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with her. Although this was a small issue, she did a great job assisting me.
