We use Zoko for WhatsApp campaigns in Kazakhstan. Here it’s very difficult to work with Meta and Google due to regional restrictions, but Zoko filled this gap perfectly and helped us. Now we can easily send campaigns and reply to them through the WhatsApp API set up by Zoko. In the future, we plan to connect Instagram and try out chatbots as well.
