The app was very helpful for our team to create discounts that combine shipping with other product discounts. The set up was very simple and I had my first promo code created within minutes. When things got a little advanced in the logic I needed, I contacted their customer support and was able to jump on a call to get things figured out within a few minutes. The app is pretty easy to use. The developers are very accommodating in answering our questions and providing what is possible to address our needs. Still a pretty basic app for basic discounting needs but if you need basic, I think this is enough.

This was a great app. Easy to install. Easy to manage and worked well. We stopped using only because we developed our own e-comm platform and stopped using Shopify. I recommend this app.

The app is just what we needed. Giving the opportunity to create shopify functions without the hassle of having to code. These guys are amazing! They helped us: - Show discounted prices on PDP if there's an active discount - Apply automatic discount if landing on a specific URL - Set up complex discount code setups (same coupon code, but 20% off for singles, 30% off for bundles) + they did it all in like 1 day or so. So if you need any help with setting up complex discounts or showing the prices on site with active discount code then Dollarlabs will take good care of you!

This app is extremely good and addresses my use cases exceptionally well. The other part to know is support, when they say they provide support, the team (abel) most certainly do, best part is they are quick, just about real time. For Australian stores, if you are exposed to Support at Home or NDIS funding models and need a discount solution to remain compliant this is the App for you

This app goes far deeper into customized discounts than the majority of Shopify discount apps, even touching upon custom metafields, tags, and much more. I had to chat with support during my trial version, and they provided me a custom solution via video that solved my problem. Great support. Great app! Highly recommended!

The Dollarlabs app was integral to executing our recent summer sale. We were looking for a way that customers could input 1 discount and it would apply different percentages depending on the product type or category, but didn’t find a solution. I was very happy to find this app. Lesle and the Dollarslabs team were extremely helpful to test and optimize our discounts and pushed 2 code changes to help us out within 24hrs! I would highly recommend for any complex cart or discount needs.

Amazing app, great support team. I was trying to do something a little difficult and had installed 8 other apps to try to solve my use case without any luck (specifically, trying to set a discount that is automatically applied for any items in a specific collection, if and only if a specific product was in the customer's cart). This is the only app that was able to solve this, and Lesle jumped on a video call with me to help me solve it as quickly as possible. The interface may seem unintuitive, but the capabilities are unmatched.

This app finally solved an issue I've had for a long time - when customers qualify for free shipping but then add a discount code, sometimes this takes them below the free shipping threshold and they lose free shipping. This is because Shopify determines the free shipping based on Total not on Sub Total. This app allows me to determine free shipping based on Sub Total which has finally solved it. The team were extremely proactive and helpful in helping me achieve this, going so far as to add new functionality to their app to help. Very grateful.
