Very intuitive, efficient and completely reliable. Been using Easy Reports for a couple of years now and it is much more robust, easier to use and more flexible than the previous app we used. Highly recommend...our business depends on it and it has stood the test of time.

Thanks so much for this — really made our day! We've worked hard to make Easy Reports reliable and flexible for stores like yours, so knowing it's become something your business counts on means a lot. Thank you for sticking with us over the years, and for the recommendation. We're always here if you ever need a hand with a new report or export! 🙏
Very good support. We've been using Hulk Age Verification for years with complete reliability and then got some intermittent issues after a theme upgraded (specifically relating to mac browsers). I was worried with this being a free app that Hulk would not be very obliging to investigate but they provided a prompt and thorough investigation which identified an old script which they quickly updated. I would favour Hulk for any apps given the reliability of the app and the level of support they offer.

We appreciate your 5-star rating! It’s wonderful to know HulkApps met your expectations. Thanks for trusting us.
Very disappointed with the carelessness of support- staff said they would update the app because it was so slow but they deleted it and all our reports without any consultation. Having explained how important it was to our business the staff promised to restore things, and kept promising...until they went home for the weekend. During this time they promised a 24-hr solution but this never happened. We made is very clear how important the app was to our business but they didn't care less. In the end we used Easy Reports which is much quicker and intuitive and slightly less expensive.
