The support team at SMART Shipping Rates & Rules are OUTSTANDING! We have rolled out a nationwide shipping plan in less than 5 days. The rules are highly complicated. The SMART team have been outstanding in the inital roll-out and now the fine adjusting as I make small changes to the plan. I find the support the best of any app I have ever worked with. I'm very grateful that our businesses align so well. Thank you.

Be careful with the templates in different customer scenarios such as delivery compared to pickup. However, their customer service team will quickly and effectively solve a problem if you find one. 5 stars.
