The basic plan has lots of options for our growing business and when I had some questions about customization Sid was kind and helpful throughout and went above and beyond. The app itself is very easy to navigate and is self explanatory. I've done a lot of research on different apps of this type and did try out 2 others before settling on this one and I'm very happy with it and confident that if ever I have an issue, someone will be there to guide me through it. I just installed this app due to the reviews, seems positive. I'm currently editing my FAQs and it's seamless and easy. I also needed to upgrade to pro to continue and support offers it for free which is great! Looking forward to using this app.
