As always Andrew and his team are 11 out of 10 in prompt service, and always giving solution to any issues that you can have. I am using various Doran apps and they are all exceptional. They suggested me this app, and I have discovered that it was exactly what I was looking for as it has many customisable options, not only for products. And the look in my website is really nice! Thank you!
Essentials team is a 11/10 always, the new subscriptions app works perfectly and Angelica and all the team have been very supportive all the way. I have various Essential apps in my store and they are all working perfectly. Thanks so much.

Excellent customer service, all Essential apps I have work nice and smooth, I have been using it from the beginning and they are those type of apps that stay there no matter the changes in the website for their reliability. I have used Doran products for a while now and what I would highlight is the incredible customer service, always going extra mile to meet customer needs. We run a small craft made cosmetic brand, and to have reliable apps, that are not tedious or difficult to use, and deliver exactly what you need is key. When it comes to reviews, this is even more important. There are other apps that might be more popular, but this product is solid and flexible. I can collect reviews from customers in many ways and integrates with my automated emails so easy. I highly recommend Doran products.

I have tried 2 other loyalty program app, and this just the best and easiest one. *Very easy to configure. *A lot of customisation that makes it match your website perfectly. *Really clean design. *Even the email customisation is the easiest I have seen for now. Kudos to the developers
