Absolutely brilliant app and constantly improving. The team are on-hand quickly to answer any queries I have, Jemuel and Tauras have been particularly helpful and really looking forward to seeing what else is in store. It's easy to set up and customise, lots of different options for tiers, points earning and the capability to do points multipliers for limited time for promotions. I couldn't be more pleased, such a great app.

Very flexible app. Can be left simple or customized. Juan, Bryan, Tara, and Angelica have all been very helpful the several times I've had to reach out. Our store is unfortunately a bit more complex but they have been happy to help.

We're using Essent Loyalty Program Rewards for our points & rewards program on our Hong Kong store, and recently ran into an issue we couldn't solve on our own. Essent's support team responded quickly, understood the problem right away, and got it fixed for us. They were patient, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout. It's reassuring to know there's a responsive team behind the app as we continue building out our loyalty program. Highly recommended!

Essential Loyalty working well for us. We created our own issue at go live by importing all our customers from old woo site and they received a bunch of sign-up points. Essential Support jumped in and reversed the transaction to solve our issue.

One of the biggest advantages is the pricing model—free for up to 250 orders per month, which is highly attractive for small and locally operating businesses like ours. It offers both loyalty and referral program features in a single app, making it a practical choice for growing stores. The setup process is straightforward for established Shopify stores. It did take us around 3–4 hours to complete, but the process was engaging and well-structured, making it easier to follow through each step with clarity. We migrated from 1Click Referral Program, which we used for about 6 months and found simple and effective. However, Essent offers a more comprehensive approach for long-term scalability, which aligns better with our future plans. A notable highlight is that we did not need to contact support at any stage during setup, which reflects well on the app’s usability and documentation. Overall, Essent Loyalty Program Rewards is a strong choice for businesses looking for an affordable, scalable loyalty and referral solution.

Literally dont get any other app. I just spent 2 hours on another affiliate type app because we wanted customer referral codes. Then I found that this app already had it and so I clicked through to figure it out. It took me LESS THAN 10 MINUTES TO SET IT UP. it Literally did everything for me. It looks AMAZING! And I threw away that other time suck app immediately. This is the only app you need for you store. Even the free version was awesome but we loved it so much we upgraded to essential WHICH WAS ALSO MORE THAN HALF THE PRICE OF THE OTHER APP.

I love this app. This app helped me to set up my loyalty program on my store. It was very easy to set up and it was very quick. I recommend this app for you. Moreover there is a free trial and a free plan that are available for you that you can start with. After you can upgrade to a paid version but I can assure you that the free plan is also going to be great. I'm currently on the free version and there are a lot of features there.
