I am so thankful for the prompt replies and assistance with customer service. I am learning and have made some mistakes and the team has had my back each time I've screwed up. Good insight and information on this app too. They have continue to develop and evolve to keep up with the times.

Mariel R. walked me through my 'issues' like they were beside me holding my hand, and I cannot express enough gratitude for this. As something as simple as connecting ebay orders without linking products I was struggling with. Live support was quick when AI support did have the right answers.

This app is amazing! The tiered discounts feature helped boost my average order value, and the customizable display looks super professional on my store. Really happy with it!

I needed help with setting up pre-order for the first time, and was assisted via chat immediately. This was great to have live support so I could post my pre-order special on social media right away. The app works as it should and there are exciting new features that get released soon. BONUS: After confirming that my pre-order was active, Shashank noticed the popup did not match my theme's color scheme and corrected it for me. WOW!

Excellent and fast support. I installed a trial, and while I was able to figure out 90% of it, I had a few questions. I was assisted by chat & email, which was prompt. I needed further assistance, so I scheduled a phone call (Same day!) and was able to resolve my user-error issues right away. The app is quite simple, and keeps my inventory updated between platforms.
