Any time you try and make any change, be prepared for it to mess with another random part of the options you've set up. I try and do anything simple and something goes wrong, and then customer service are sure to explain to you the stuff you've already tried and not address the problems. Ever.
Easy to navigate, frictionless and super helpful!
The customer service is impeccable. I have been looking for a review app for my website for so long today, none of them compare. Rosie was an absolute gem, after she saw 1 thing wasn't working she got it fixed immediately and then proceeded to completely personalise my reviews exactly how I wanted them. This is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you team and thank you Rosie
