Fantastic support! Big shout-out to Rosie in support for her help and patience with all my newbie questions! The app is pretty easy to use. I got 6 different options set up. One of them was really complicated with conditional logic and lots of fields. Rosie and the team at Globo were there to help. Styling the look and feel of the app on my pages was also easy. (I have a lot of experience with CSS, though). However, for people that don't they offer to customize the widget design for free - very cool! I'm just at the beginning (still on the free trial), but so far, I'm really happy with the app and support ! ❤︎

So I just got on board with this app, and had some confusion about how to set up the app in a 3rd party page builder. Jordin gave me an answer and got me up and running. AND: super speedy Gonzolas support! Didn't have to wait at all :-)

I just wanted to take a minute to thank Elise for the fantastic support. I had several problems that I couldn't solve, and Elise was very patient and helpful. ❤︎ She was able to answer all my questions and find a solution to each of my problems. In general, my experience with the EComposer App and Support has been only positive! Keep up the good work!
