Absolutely love this app. It integrates beautifully with out theme and functions like it should. The team has been responsive in answering questions and solving our customization requests. Being able to send review requests to customers who purchased over 30 days ago has been tremendously helpful as we needed a way to populate reviews for people who had bought from our store in the past. Great job team and keep up the excellent work!

I've been using this app for the last 2 months. The app is stellar and the documentation is thorough and detailed. However, the customer support is non-existent. GoaffPro mentions 24/7 customer support, but there's absolutely no responses. Even after contacting the support multiple times and sending follow up emails, no one gets back to you. Interestingly, my emails have read receipts and they're being opened; however, no one is replying back. Facing a glitch? Good look getting in touch with someone. Have a particular use case? There's no one to help. Need further explanations or clarifications? That's not going to happen. This is extremely unprofessional given that many people's businesses rely on this app's performance and the support team behind it. Overall a solid app, but if you're hoping for a useful customer service, look else where.

I'm going to be objective and honest with you. I was not paid or pushed to write this review. Their support is probably one of the most effective, efficient, and communicative I've seen on apps. I'm using the free trial and their team is going above and beyond in helping me get started. I had trouble navigating the app and actually using it. However, the support team guided me with videos and photo walkthroughs. I had trouble customizing some options further, and they actually wrote code for me (some apps out there actually charge you for this service). What's more, their free trial goes for 30 days--which is better than 99% of Shopify apps out there. Probably one of the best, if not the best, social proof app out there. Guys keep doing what you're doing, raise the bar, and if you're skeptical--then download the app, you'll thank me later.

It is possibly one of the best Page Builder apps with a free plan in the app store. Very easy and quick to get up and running. Frankly, I was skeptical about "the catch" with these apps with "free plans." Their customer service is fast, responsive, and actually helpful. Emma went above and beyond to show me mockups and walkthroughs when I had trouble building pages. There was a template that couldn't customize the margin padding. Emma took my concern to their development team, and in less than an hour, I had padding. Just wow...and I'm only on the free plan. This is an app that I will gladly pay for. Thank you all, really.
